Our House Build Process

Using a sophisticated and seamless process, your chosen house along with the very personal customisations you have made to it are ordered and then manufactured in our state of the art facility in Poland where every single panel is made airtight ready for build when it reaches your location by lorry. The lorry is accompanied by a crane and a dedicated and skilled team of professional builders and a project manager who erect the frame of the house, making taking it to roof height and making it airtight within just 48 hours. The frame assembly takes around three days after which the crane and lorries are removed and building commences.

Depending on the size and specification of your house type, construction and hand-over of keys of the fully completed house can take anywhere between 6 and 12 weeks with an average of 8 weeks being quite typical.
